Architect

Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s architectural design projects.
- Develop design options and produce architectural design documents.
- Coordinate structural, electrical, and water and drainage disciplines.
- Prepare and take responsibility for construction cost estimates.
Requirements
- University degree in Architecture.
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are welcome.
- Able to take off quantities and prepare cost estimates.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Include a portfolio with your application.
- Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Nice to have
- 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape (visualisation) and Photoshop.
- Cost-estimating software such as G8, Acitt, Dự toán F1 or similar.
Civil and industrial construction engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s civil and industrial construction projects.
- Design and review structures and/or supervise construction of civil and industrial buildings.
- Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines.
- Prepare and take responsibility for construction cost estimates.
Requirements
- University degree in Construction Engineering (civil and industrial).
- Able to take off quantities and prepare cost estimates.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and structural analysis software ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE.
- Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Nice to have
- A construction practising certificate (Chứng chỉ hành nghề hoạt động xây dựng) in structural design or construction supervision.
- Revit Structure or Tekla.
- Cost-estimating software such as G8, Acitt, Dự toán F1 or similar.
Salary and benefits
Salary is negotiable. Benefits follow Vietnamese law:
- A written employment contract under the 2019 Labour Code.
- Social, health and unemployment insurance as required by law.
- 12 days of paid annual leave, plus 1 day for every 5 years of service.
- Paid public holidays and Tết as required by law.
- Overtime paid as required by law: at least 150% on working days, 200% on weekly rest days, 300% on public holidays and Tết.
